Folks,

I am tired of this discussion.  Thanks to Eric and Dan for patiently 
following up in the conversation.

With all due respect Cullen, I have a fair understanding of 3GPP and 
3GPP2 and in fact I double checked with people who have served/serving 
in vice-chair roles in 3GPP SA3 (security) and 3GPP2 TSG-S WG4 (security).

I was not talking about broadcast security either.  You can summarize 
how you want, but those are the facts.
