Seriously though, what you're proposing is certainly much more
ambitious than anyone else has suggested on this list, and I would 
suspect is really too large a topic, and also not a potential 
security WG. 

However, if you were to suggest a separate BOF for that topic, then 
you could make use of the protocols defined by sacred (assuming we 
become a WG) in order to handle credentials (and then you could use 
those to secure download of all your other personal information if
you liked).

Basically, this forum is not about tackling every possible
piece of personal information.
