Hi all.  This is an initial version of the GS2 work that I was
supposed to help with, if I understood the Vancouver meeting
correctly.

Is this document in line with what the discussion about that
mechanism?

Note that I picked the PROT_READY approach rather than the channel
binding approach.  The channel binding approach require additional
descriptions on how to combine any application channel bindings and
the GS2 mechanism's channel bindings.  Describing both seem complex,
but may be required.

Is the WG interested in adopting this work?

Naturally, I'd appreciate all comments and suggestions.
