They'll tell me if something isn't as RFC 2026 6.1.5 wants
it.  I think it is clear enough what the dispute is about,
Kurt and I already discussed it on and off list, and what
might help now is somebody with a fresh view on the issue.

That is what "dispute resolution" is about, plus the known
fact that you never get what you asked for, therefore don't
ask if you are not ready for an answer.  

(For a philosophical debate about the magic word consensus
 and IETF dispute resolution procedures let's jump to the
 general list, they're used to have CRAM-MD5 as show case)
