Wanting non-LDAP profiles

OK, folks, it is now two months since the DC meeting and about six months
since this discussion started. We *still* only have one schema profile:
LDAP (thank you Mark!).

I propose that we remove the whois, whois++, rwhois, and XML types from the
current drafts unless we have a first draft of a particular profile by
March 1. We are raising false expectations in the community, and this may
really just be an LDAP listing service. If people who care about the other
protocols do a small amount of work, I'll be quite happy, but so far we
have nothing but "I'll get to it soon".
