Key wrap examples

I am doing my best to work through this, but I think I'm at the point
where I'm going to say that the 3DES mail list example is wrong.  The
problem is clearly in the key unwrapping step, and based on Jim's
comments, we are arriving at the same answer with two independent
implementations.

I have not had any trouble with the RC2 mailing list key in example 6.7
or 6.9 -- those examples decrypt fine.

I believe that we need to change 6.11 in order to move forward.  I will
see what I can do on my end.

Anyone who has messed with 6.11 feel free to speak up about your
experiences.
