In my case, by some miracle, I read the key in from the disk file for
6.9, and used the transcribed key for 6.7.  When I was buttoning this
all up to call it a night, I noticed the inconsistency and when I
switched my 6.7 test to use the disk file, it broke.

I should be able to graft in a new KEKRI without disturbing the rest of
the example.

Is there consensus about your comment that "Content hints says the
content is 1.2.6.5.4 not id-data"?  I believe that this comment is
correct, and the ContentType in the example should be id-data.
