The S/MIME WG is finished with draft-ietf-smime-pkcs1-01.txt.  This 
document that describes countermeasures to the Million Message Attack (MMA) 
for CMS implementations that support PKCS #1 v1.5.  We want to publish this 
document as an Informational RFC.
