I don't know if just being on the mailing list counts, but I am responsible
for a RFC1154 capable SMTP gateway for a PC LAN-based e-mail package called 
The Network Courier.  RFC1154 was really appreciated last year when we have 
to support Network Courier attachments in SMTP (or RFC822 in case I get 
picked on :-) ).
