OSI spy spotted!

Well, I have to confess: Yes I have been in contact with the X.400 enenmy.
Actually I have been working for them, and the next release of the pp
X.400 (rel 6.0) by Steve Kille & Co from UCL will have my 8->7->8
bit code in it. And I am in contact with other OSI people
trying to get work from them. 

But hey! I had this implemented in the IP world a year ago!
So actually pp is a spy product from EUnet/Internet. Good to
know we have spies there too:-)
