Do we know for a fact that one easily can get export approval
for the DES40 variant in SSLv3/TLS?

My copy of exportable Netscape (3.0) seems to only support
RC2-40 and RC4-40, as does my exportable copy of Communicator,
so I don't know that anyone has gotten it...
