Probably, but I am on MSIE6, because MSIE7 will not run on my OS and the
relevant OS will not run on my hardware without an expensive upgrade so no IE7;
and what is true for me at a personal level is true for many I work with.
I do have SSLv2 support disabled, offering a choice of SSLv3 or TLS 1.0, and am
not aware of any connection failures as a result but would not trust MS to tell
me in an intelligible form:-( I will, soon, try disabling SSLv3 and see what
happens.
