I still find it useful and informative in the cases where it is properly
used. But posting agents should not press it on you. It is the sort of
thing that should be set as a default by site administrators, and left
alone by ordinary users unless they go out of their way to set it up.
Perhpas a slightly discouraging NOTE: in the text along those lines (but
more politely).
