Great, so wouldn't we really need _two_ version
headers? After all, the newsreader may pass information
to the article-composing software, and both may comply
with different revisions of the standard.
"Injecting-NNTP-Version:" and "Relaying-NNTP-Version:"
should probably be next, as these entities may well add
header lines to an article as well. When will we see
"OS-Version:"? How about "Editor-Version:"?
"X-MimeOle:"? Oh, we already have that?
