I think we should make up our minds whether the articles are to be
referred to by name (Brad's suggestion) or that the name be a category
name and the articles be referred to by article-id (my suggestion).
I think the category name is better and simpler, but if the majority
agree with Brad I don't think it's unworkable or anything so we could
move forward with it (i.e. finish up the wording and propose a NNTP
syntax).
