Considering that all of this is pure politics, there's no
right or wrong. Here's my point of view, though: If the user
violates the acceptable-use conditions you set, then feel
free to terminate his account. This doesn't give you the
right to cancel _earlier_ messages of his, though. Again,
this is politics, so you may well include a section in the
contract that states otherwise. All of this indicates that
our draft should remain silent on the issue who may and who
may not issue cancels.
