The only reason for retaining "For your newsgroups file:" in the
application/news-groupinfo is if you intend to add other similar "headers"
such as "Moderator's submission address:". But the syntax is so ugly
(case sensitive, language dependent, and rigid as regards WSP) that
I would not like to do that. It has to remain in the short term, or course,
for backwards compatibility.
