The following URL: http://www.visi.com/~barr/usefor/ provides information on
the current status of Usenet-Format. At the bottom it states:
"Open debate of these documents is closed until the we come to the
appropriate phase for the working group."
I take this as meaning that you are not accepting suggestions from the
general public at this time. Where should I check to determine when this
debate becomes open, since there is one issue that I would like to ask the
working group about.
