I think this is worth repeating. The requirement for a standards track
RFC is two independent implementations, correct? If there are things that
people feel should be in the standard that aren't there, they should spec
out what they want to do and then implement it for some news server or
client, and find someone else who is similarly interested to also
implement it. Then there's hard data to go on.
