I guess most people here are aware of that, but it's true that GKNSA
has been overlooked in the discussion of OUGHT.
I'll have to admit that I don't think that everything in GKNSA should
make into Usefor. Clearly GKNSA goes further than Usefor. For instance,
the restriction to not have more than four processes on the server
has very little to do with Usenet Format.
A further complexity is that we discussing one level of keyword for
netiquette stuff, currently called OUGHT, while GKNSA operates with
two, MUST and SHOULD. Which of course, is alright since GKNSA operates
for a purpose different from RFC1036/USEFOR.
My gut feeling says that GKNSA should stay outside USEFOR, but I would
expect it to incorporate the OUGHTs of USEFOR as MUSTs, then adding
MUSTs and SHOULDs from other areas. But I could probably be persuaded
to think otherwise.
