People, yes. But we are discussing followup agents.
But as I have said, if you want to mandate how to followup agents are to
handle signature, you should start with posting agents, and discourage
them from including the signature in the main compose window. Either
they should just tack it on silently like trn or NewsXpress does,
or they should put the signature in a pane of its own.
When you have the latter in play, you can start to mandate how followup
agents are to behave.
I should add that I believe that this idea on how posting agents should
handle the signature is a GKNSA item, and not for Usefor.
