But this is a newsgroup description, something which does not occur
within the realm of MESSFOR. Yes, it occurs in a message, but a very
special kind of a message. And the newsgroup description will continue
to live outside the world of articles in the newsgroups file, which
is why a longer limit than 79 is needed.
But it brings up the theoretical possibility that a stupid agent
could get the idea to wrap the text with QP, which would be reallyl
bad in this case. We could add some text to outlaw that, but then
again, doesn't people have some common sense?
