The "unparseable" is covered by #3, which requires legal contents to
mandatory headers. But should we say something about dates in the future?
It would be hard to agree any exact margin of allowed error.

That again is covered in chapter 5, but the wording needs changing. I now
have:

3. It MUST reject all articles that do not have the correct mandatory headers
   (section 5) present with legal contents.

And I have also rewritten the next one:

4. It SHOULD reject all articles that have any optional headers (section 6)
   present with illegal contents.
