This is a problem with the news*clients*, I still contend.
They could know whether the groups are moderated or not
(or better, what their newsserver tells them), and they have just
to display it. I may be too well used with trn, but if even
Outlook does it, it has to be possible.
A new header line may solve the problem, but only if enough server are
upgraded: but at this point we could overload the "Signed-By" header
line, probably.
