This basically matches my opinion. I'm highly leery of the Replaces stuff
and tried to go through that discussion once before, but without a lot of
luck. I think it would be distantly possible for INN in some specific
environments to implement what the draft requires, but the details are
hairy enough that I wouldn't want to be the person who tried to do it and
I'd be surprised if Diablo or Cyclone or the like would find it even that
easy.
