Let me disagree with myself, after reading the arguments for Summary, I
changed my mind, I was overlooking issues. It's not that Summary isn't
useful, just that it isn't well used. A standard could change that.
I do think it should be a single line, we have folding, and we have
enough dipshits newbies putting the text in the Subject
field now ;-) It would make reading many groups easier, assuming that it
was used well.
