However, Usefor should not be written so that the newsreader gets the
idea that a blurb is not needed. This can be achieved in two ways:

* Don't include Posted-And-Mailed at all.
* If the header is included in the text, include a note that blurb
  may be added.

Matter of taste I guess. I prefer my newsreader not to include it, so
I don't accidently delete it when I compse my message.
