Yes, it was intended to have the same message-id in both (assuming they
are otherwise identical, apart from the variant headers such as Path and
Received). My draft does not say this, so I need to fix it.
BTW, I suppose Injector-Info should also be classified as a Variant Header
if we are to be consistent.
