Such as displaying it in bright red, or in a special box, or whatever else
takes your fancy.

Or even to drop it on the floor, as John Stanley wants. If people want
such a feature badly enough, somebody will write news and/or mail agents
that provide it.

All our document does is to define the header and to encourage its use. It
is up to the customers and the writers of agents what use they make of it.
There appears to be a body of people who would like it to be provided for
various purposes.
