This is all a lot more stuff than is needed. Define some defaults, and have people
use headers only if they want to change them.
ie. mail uses "postmaster" and others, and doesn't insert
admit-to: posmaster@foo
into every message.
I am not sure why we need more than the currently unused tail entry of the path line
which was meant long ago to be the user ident, for all the stuff proposed.
