Currently, there is an RFC that defines 'news' and 'usenet' as the
required identities to be recognised at every site and every server, and
our draft supports that usage. Are you wanting to add 'abuse' to the list?

That might not suit some ISPs, who have a centralised abuse address fot
all their servers, and it would certainly not suit UUNET, who insist on
being different from everybody else :-( .

BTW, can somebody tell me whether any ISPs routinely add a Complaints-To
header to email (at the same time as they add their Received header, I
would presume).
