I think that is getting awfully woolly. That seems the sort of area where
commonly-accepted practice will develop of its own accord without
assistance from us. Those users who are particularly concerned to be aware
of the Posted-And-Mailed situation just have to make sure their reading
agent displays that particular header. Most reader agents are easily
configurable to do that.
