I believe it is completely pointless. The information is of interest,
yes, but what use does it make in a header? If a mail a person a copy
of a news article I have posted as reply to his question, I want him
to know that it is a copy, and preferably also that he should reply
in news.
Only trivialists will look in the header for such information.
