Does not follow. It's quite conceivable to have software that is
optimized for the typical case, but can handle the more general case with
some loss in performance. Case-insensitivity, in general, has some cost.
There is thus some value in expressing a strong preference for a specific
case form, even if the software must be prepared to handle others. (By
the way, this is discussed in son-of-1036.)
