We have spent most of the summer talking about two new, currently unsupported
features, the Archive header and the experimental mvgroup features. When are
we going to get a base standards document out that we can use as the basis
for moving forward ?
Can we please look at a smaller piece of the problem (the existing practice)
before having debate after debate about new features and their viability ?
