Yes, and both of those are features that were put into the draft 18 months
or more ago, after full discussion and consensus on this List. In the case
of Archive, all that resulted from the discussion was a change in the
wording (yes, I agree the new wording is an improvement). The feature, as
such, remains much as it was as regards its likely practical application.
In the case of 'mvgroup', we are not discussing whether to add it to the
draft, but whether to remove something already in the draft. The fastest
way to get the draft out of the door would be for people not to keep
revisiting things that were supposed to be already decided long ago.
However, if people want to do so, then we have to discuss it. The sad
thing in this case is that only 3 people are taking significant part in
the discussion. We could do with some more opinion (paricularly on the
simplfied proposal I have put forward).
