Well we are proceeding much faster than DRUMS and the NNTP people ever
did, so we are not lost yet :-) .

My present plan is to do a full pass through the document, mainly to put
Ought in the right places, but other small tidyings as well, and then to
put out a new draft. That could be a couple of months away. At the same
time, we should be making note of issues that require more detailed
attention (but I should not like to hold up the next draft for those).
Currently, we are at chapter 4 in that process, and I expect to move on to
chapter 5 pretty soon now. We are establishing basic policies for the use
of Ought, which hopefully should enable us to progress faster through the
remaining chapters.
Then there are some chores to be attended to. There is supposed to be a
historical appendix covering ANews. Maybe there should be something on
BNews. There are some texts at the end of Son-of-1036 that could perhaps
be made use of. Would somebody like to have a look through them and
suggest how to proceed. Henry?
Then the Security Considerations need looking at (the present text is
definitely a temporary stop gap). And after that there is the Collected
Syntax, though that really IS a job for right at the end.
Then there is the matter of signed headers. I intend to produce a further
draft on that, whether it is to be for mention in this present document or
not (and some will undoubtedly argue that it is wrong for this document to
ignore the issue altogether).
