Again, I am not suggesting that ordinary users would typically sign
their own cancels. Most commonly their site will, if it gets a key,
or a tool will spot their unsigned cancels and issue them a challenge/response
email and then issue a signed cancel on their behalf when the response comes.
NO new software for the user at all to secure cancel for the whole net
at sites which are able to verify signatures. Cancel lock only secures
cancel for users who install new posting software, at sites which are
able to verify cancel locks.
