Right, lets get this RFC with UTF-8 done. Everyone in Europe is going
mad about testing the euro symbol. Despite the fact the people should
use ISO-8859-15 or UTF-8, they keep shouting victory if they see their
own EUR sign even if they defined no charset header. We should get a
default ASAP and deal with niceties later on.
