OK, we expect problems with systems trying to implement newgroup, but that
can always be fixed by hand. The first and most important step is to
verify that this group will propagate through the existing network and get
stored on servers that have chosen to take it. That seems to be working so
far, but a few crossposts to some of the *.test groups should finally
confirm the matter.
