Yes, both messages posted to it and the group itself seems to propagate
without problems -- automatic group creation could be better, but will
improve with time (i.e. the latest version of INN does handle it, anyone
have access to a highwind or dialbo server that carries the hierarchy?).

It's a bit more than "take it" (allow reading and posting), most of them
already do that, what is desired is for them to show the group name with the
correct, non-ascii, characters.

I'd say either MSOE or Netscape, and because of Mozilla I think that
Netscape is more likely -- unless you've got a connection in their Danish
office who you think is able to make such a change.
