I meant manually setting the encoding to utf-8 by selecting View -

Well, after testing I've seen Netscape doesn't do it, so News Threading
Explorator is alone to do that :-) (without special command/downloading
latest version as with GNUS).
It's developped with Delphi ?
I remember seeing somewhere that the developper of xnews is looking for
someone to help him integrate i18n.
It seems he doesn't know how to display non standard charsets in Delphi.
So if you can at least give him some informations about that.
