Well, after testing I've seen Netscape doesn't do it, so News Threading
Explorator is alone to do that :-) (without special command/downloading
latest version as with GNUS).
What may be interested for you my newsreader can create newsgroups with national characters by sending control articles. Of course INN refuses such articles.
