Minor factual correction... Because I'm more visible, there's a tendency
to give me the credit where Geoff actually did a lot of the work :-), and
so it is in this case: I talked him into it, but he actually did it.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure how many other relayers picked up this idea,
and it's not clear to me that we can retrofit it now.
