Seconded. I'm actually content with the outcome, which surprises me a
lot. *heh* But while that isn't my favorite way of handling UTF-8, I can
understand the arguments in favor of it, and it seems better than anything
other than doing nothing.
It's going to be a lot of work for implementors, though. Whee.
