Well at least the diffs seem to have arrived OK this time.

I meant to draw your attention to three places in the draft where
alternative wordings have been provided.

The first two, in 4.2.1 and 4.2.2.1, are concerned with when to use
X-Headers, and when to use non-X-headers. I believe we had consensus to
make these changes. They might need some further tweaking if Graham
Klyne's current efforts to set up an IANA header registry look like they
are going anywhere. However, the present wording is intended to work
whether such a registry happens, or otherwise.

The third is in 5.5 and relates to whether all-digit
newsgroup-name-components are to be outlawed entirely, or merely
deprecated. We never did resolve this. My personal preference is to
disallow them altogether.

I shall be away from home and from contact with this list for the
remainder of this week, so I will leave you to discuss these alternatives,
and hopefully I will return to find a consensus has been reached.
