Thus, given that it's a normal practice, I don't see the point in trying to
outlaw it.
Otherwise we seem to be in a position where:
* an injector operator saying "you must only post with 'Organisation: foo'"
is legitimate;
* but one operator saying "if you don't, I'll change your 'Organisation'
line to that" isn't.
