Does it matter? If we are talking software, what else can it do with
a header it doesn't recognize, than ignore it?
And if we are talking people who read headers, I doubt we can predict
what he can "safely ignore". Maybe "X-Currently-Reading" is all
important to understanding the message.
I suggest we just follow the mail standard on this issue.
