I think the point is that if a user sees an X-Header, he can more easily
say "Oh! I can obviously ignore that as it was obvioulsy intended to be
ignored".
Anyway, I suggested a wording a couple of days ago. Some feedback from
others would be nice. It is not cast in stone.
