So clearly you are not using sendmail, but it looks like "Mailgate.ORG
Autoresponder System" is.

Most posting of mail to moderators is actually generated by the injectors
of the big ISPs. I don't think they will want to treat the headers
differently according to which group or hierarchy is involved. Anyway,
exactly what we say in our draft is one of the next things to discuss -
just as soon as we are happy with the proposed encoding algorithm I just
posted.
